Our sessions are developed and led by our Director, Sherryn Lethlean, a seasoned leader with over two decades of healthcare experience, including a pivotal executive role in the government's COVID-19 Response, and postgraduate qualifications in Psychology. She recognises the complexities faced by both team members and management under pressure, which can be applied across all industries and levels.

This program addresses critical gaps and fosters a culture of respect, preventing the psychological harm that can significantly impact individuals and organisations alike, drawing on evidence-based psychology of human behaviour and communication. With new psychological safety laws into effect in Victoria in December 2025, now is the time to invest in this essential program for your team's well-being and success.
