Grounded in psychological science, and the mindset of boxing and martial arts, we take your team through 4 engaging and motivating 'rounds' of learning about what builds a resilient body and mind, and high-performing and resilient teams.

Participants will be guided through four dynamic rounds of learning, which combines insights from psychology, science and lived experience. Together, we'll explore what makes people and teams truly resilient, high performing, cohesive and adaptable. Learn how to enhance mindset and bounce back between life's 'rounds' in the workplace and everyday life.

Round 1
Neuroscience, behaviour, science of achievement, change and adaptation, pressure, hardships and adversity, why we need bumps in the road and failures, science of mindset and goal setting, boxing mindset and principles of consistency & discipline, growth mindset

Round 3
Trauma and adversity impact on the brain and behaviour, helpful habits, positive thinking and optimism, how thoughts impact our bodies physically, problem solving skills, decision making, flexible thinking, the importance of authenticity, ending procrastination

Round 2
Physiological effects of health and lifestyle & impact on resilience - sleep impact on brain, nervous system and mood, nutrition for optimal functioning, exercise - impact on hormones, brain, health and mood, caffeine, alcohol and stimulants - what do they do to our bodies really? Stress and burnout - physiological and psychological impacts

Round 4
Building healthy relationships, the importance of support networks and human connection/belonging to the brain, contribution to others (impact on neurons and mental health), belief systems and perspective - finding purpose and meaning, self-care, emotional regulation, what makes resilient teams? - boundaries, connection, respect, shared goals, purpose, staying resilient long term.
